Mfangano Island Camp – Our view

Safari itineraries to take in the Mara and the Serengeti are becoming more and more popular and, where Mfangano was once the choice for those looking for utter seclusion and the famous Nile perch, it has now become a popular alternative routing to going to Tanzania via Nairobi. We are big fans of it for a couple of nights to break up the dust of safari and as a stopping point through to the Serengeti...very good lodge.

Loldia House - Our View

This is definitely a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the pleasures of Kenyan country life as well as explore the Great Rift Valley. Built in the Second World War it nestles under ancient Acacia trees and lush lawns run down to the shores of Lake Naivasha (the Great Rift Valley’s highest and purest lake). Indigenous plants and flowers fill the gardens.
