Loisaba – Our viewLocated on a sheer escarpment that overlooks the Laikipia, it is impossible not to have your breath taken away by the views! This truly is to experience the African sky at its largest. The lodge itself is set on a private cattle ranch that now features wandering oryx and the occasional elephant....but the idea of coming here is to unwind and take in that view.
Again, a great accompaniment to the nearby Mara, and with activities such as horse riding, helicopter rides, tennis, a full spa and plenty more, you can be as energised as you like.

Loisaba – The Detail
This is a small lodge set on the side of a hill that looks out across the Laikipia Plateau. As you arrive into the main building that consists of the dining area and lounge with fireplace, your eye is drawn to the breathtaking view that stretches out from the terrace at the back.
Rightly so, the view is a predominant theme with all of the 7 stone cottages looking out towards it. Each room has en-suite showers and garden area that runs away to the distance. With a good sized pool and lunch terrace, it is possible to spend the days horse riding across the plateau amongst the oryx and gerenuk that roam wild here, or playing tennis and relaxing with a massage.
