Rekero Kidogo It is associated with the Beaton family, who have long been held in esteem in the area...it is a move into the concession lands and bush camping. The camp has been set up amongst white thorn acacia on the slopes of the hills just north of the Mara.
The views from each of the 5 tents look out to the Oloololo Escarpment and in the evening it is possible to swing gently in your hammock while the sun sets over the Mara. The guiding and local game in the area becomes exceptional as the Loita herds visit in July and August. Otherwise they have recently had a pride of 11 lion move in, and wild dog sightings.
