Ngong House This is located in the Karen region, just outside Nairobi. Each of the 8 rooms has been made from scratch from local wood by the owner Paul Verleysen, with 1 through 4 being treehouses.
All of the rooms have views out toward the Ngong Hills in the distance (beloved of Karen Blixen) and a feeling of real tranquillity presides throughout. The lodge itself is still hosted by Paul and take a real pride in the small touches it can provide.

Each of the rooms has been beautifully constructed and looked after over the years. As with the other hotels in the area, this is a great place to relax for a couple of nights while exploring the sights around Nairobi. Great rooms, it does however lack from having no pool.
